I frequently run exercise events. From the first ‘Guildford mums wine run’ to partnerships with local Yoga teachers and nutritionists, these one off programmes are fun and unlike any form of fitness you’ve ever done before.

This exclusive weekend encompasses a wide range of exercise classes from invigorating HIIT and stress - busting boxing, morning country runs and strength training to relaxing pilates and deep stretching classes, designed to energise both your body and mind. This specially curated weekend will help you focus on engaging your 'inner energy' and will ensure you will leave feeling rejuvenated and more positive about yourself and your physical wellbeing.
In addition to a wide range of exclusively designed classes, the weekend will feature an afternoon culinary workshop - 'Making Nutritious food delicious' run by expert Chef Renu B. Renu will take you through practical ways you can make your everyday meals more nutritious, more energy giving and more delicious. She will do a live 'cook along' where you will have a chance to prepare your own tasty treats
Spring Recharge Retreat Day
Due to popular demand, myself and the amazing Anna Coates have teamed up with expert nutritionist Melanie Flood to offer a virtual health and wellness retreat day. This morning retreat will energise and uplift, allowing a bit of 'you time', shaking off those lockdown tensions and getting you ready to re-emerge
Running Workshop
New for 2021. Suitable for everyone from seasoned runners to those who have taken up running since lockdown. This three week programme will help you improve your running technique, learn effective training methods and master your running goals. Two workshops running in parallel starting Friday 23rd April @ 6pm and Sunday 2nd May @ 9.45am
