Aimed at women in all stages of Peri-Menopause and menopause. This bespoke weekend brings together four experts in their fields to give you an extended understanding of diet, exercise and lifestyle that can help you in this phase of life.
This incredible weekend includes a variety of yoga and exercise classes, 1:1 nutrition consultations, workshops (including a functional pelvic floor session), relaxation sessions and much more.

Challenge yourself to do exercise differently
This exclusive weekend encompasses a wide range of exercise classes from invigorating HIIT and stress - busting boxing, morning country runs and strength training to relaxing pilates and deep stretching classes, designed to energise both your body and mind. This specially curated weekend will help you focus on engaging your 'inner energy' and will ensure you will leave feeling rejuvenated and more positive about yourself and your physical wellbeing.
In addition to a wide range of exclusively designed classes, the weekend will feature an afternoon culinary workshop - 'Making Nutritious food delicious' run by expert Chef Renu B. Renu will take you through practical ways you can make your everyday meals more nutritious, more energy giving and more delicious. She will do a live 'cook along' where you will have a chance to prepare your own tasty treats
Kettlercise Wednesdays
A brilliant total body workout combing strength and coordination based exercises. Push yourself to the limit with this energetic and fast paced session using Kettlebells and bodyweight. Classes take place at All Saints Hall, Onslow Village every Wednesday 6.30pm and 7.30pm. Enquire for more details or to book
Fitness Boxing
Fitness boxing consists of a six week programme introducing you to the basics of Boxing. The programme is designed to teach you new skills, improve your coordination and agility whilst working you to your max. Everyone who has done the course to date raves about it. It will leave you feeling stronger, more powerful and definitely fitter. Classes run every Tuesday at 6.30pm/ 7.30pm Guildford County School, Guildford.
Autumn 2021 Classes
A brand new Autumn/Winter 2021 programme. Four sessions per week with something for everyone. Mondays will be an online Zoom HIIT class from 6.30pm, Wednesdays will be Kettlercise and Boxercise at All Saints Hall. Onslow Village and Fridays will be a lunchtime HIIT class at The Oval park Guildford. Classes can be bought as a block or PAYG. Enquire for more details or to book
Kettlercise and Boxercise
New classes starting from September 2021. Each is a six week programme introducing the basics of Kettlebells and Boxing. Both courses are suitable for all levels and are designed to be a brilliant total body workout. Kettlercise runs for six weeks starting Wednesday 29th September followed by six weeks of Bexercise from Wednesday 17th November. Two classes every Wednesday @6.30pm and 7.30pm.
Spring Recharge Retreat Day
Due to popular demand, myself and the amazing Anna Coates have teamed up with expert nutritionist Melanie Flood to offer a virtual health and wellness retreat day. This morning retreat will energise and uplift, allowing a bit of 'you time', shaking off those lockdown tensions and getting you ready to re-emerge
Running Workshop
New for 2021. Suitable for everyone from seasoned runners to those who have taken up running since lockdown. This three week programme will help you improve your running technique, learn effective training methods and master your running goals. Two workshops running in parallel starting Friday 23rd April @ 6pm and Sunday 2nd May @ 9.45am
