A Fitness Option To Suit You
1:1 Personal Training
Individual personal training sessions are totally unique to you. These one-hour sessions incorporate a range of training systems designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. All sessions will work you to your max and make you crave that next exercise hit! After an initial consultation, I will create a tailored programme based on your personal targets. Sessions will then include initial and ongoing fitness assessments, detailed nutrition advice, diet plans and, most importantly, motivation to ensure you keep up the training. Working together, we’ll get you smashing your fitness goals in no time!
1:2 Training
Partner training or 1:2 sessions are ideal for couples or close friends wanting to sweat it out and get fit together, whilst spreading the cost of a personal training session. With the same tailored programmes, ongoing fitness assessments and nutritional advice as 1:1 Personal Training sessions, a partner session can be a great way to trim and tone together. Exercising with a friend is fun and can even add a competitive element that ultimately pushes you both to work that extra bit harder.
Group Classes
I offer a range of larger group classes for clients to choose from. So, be it HIIT, Metcon, Kettlebells or more relaxed Pilates based exercises, there is a group class to suit you. Classes range from 4-15 people and are designed to be the best hour of your week, something you will look forward to! I welcome all fitness levels from beginner to pro, so don’t worry if you are new to a particular type of exercise. Group classes currently take place at various venues around Guildford.

Pre and Post Natal
Having children can change your body in lots of ways. My own experiences have taught me how important Pre and Post Natal exercise is for a healthy pregnancy and a happy mummy. As a qualified Women’s fitness specialist, I ensure all training sessions are undertaken with safe and effective adaptations to suit each stage of pregnancy and post partum.
Ski-Fit
Brand New class starting January 2023
This uniquely curated class designed to strengthen the glutes, legs and core muscles getting you prepped and ready to hit the slopes this winter.
This one-of-a-kind class uses a variety of equipment to work the key muscle groups needed to ski or board to your best.
There will also be an additional focus on endurance exercises designed to help improve your aerobic capacity enabling you to ski all day.
This one off course will run for 6 weeks starting Weds January 3rd, two session times 6.30pm and 7.30pm
Fitness Boxing
Fitness Boxing is a brilliant total body workout. Using pads and gloves, fitness boxing will get your heart rate up and work you to your max. It focuses on building strength and stamina whilst also improving your agility, coordination and endurance. Classes currently run on Tuesday evenings 7.00pm at Guildford County School.
