What Makes Me Sweat
Exercise has always been an obsession of mine. From marathon running to triathlons and team sports I did it all. However it was only after the birth of my first child that I decided to say goodbye to my 12 year career in advertising and plunge deeper into the fitness realm, making it my full time job rather than just my hobby.
The biggest motivation for my switch in professions was mainly due to complications I experienced postpartum and as a result, I lost not only my fitness but confidence in my body’s ability and what I could achieve. As I became better, my priority became to rebuild my fitness via a range of trainers, training methods and fitness specialisms. It was during this time that I wanted to share my love of exercise with others, making people feel brilliant about their bodies, feel physically fit, and realise their potential!
Since then, I have been providing fitness and nutritional expertise in and around the Guildford and Surrey area. As a practising fitness practitioner, I work with a wide range of clients, all of whom have very individual goals and fitness requirements. I am proud to say that many of my clients are still training with me 1, 2 and 3+ years down the line, which I believe to be a testament to my training style and approach.
