Class Timetable Autumn 2025
Every class I run is unique with no two fitness sessions ever the same. This makes all workouts interesting, energising and continuously pushes each individual to challenge themselves and get fitter.
I regularly change my class timetable so check here for the most up to date class information. Current classes listed below. Why not pop along and try a class. First session is FREE with no commitment to join.
Monday Strength and Tone
Using a variety of resistance equipment, this class focuses on building muscle strength, bone density, flexibility and coordination. Each class will also see a focus on pelvic floor exercises with the aim to strengthen your core, pelvic floor and teach correct technique. A great class for women in menopause/ peri-menopause and also those who are post-natal.
Classes take place at the Onslow Rec or Scout Hut (in Winter) Mondays at 12.30pm
Tuesday Gym Circuits
This class Takes place in a fully equipped gym. Learn how to use a variety of gym equipment as well as putting into practice different training systems and workout plans. You will leave you feeling confident about entering a gym and knowing how to workout effectively. Suitable for all fitness levels and definitely the best workout of the week!
Classes run every Tuesday at Guildford County School. Two class times 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
Wednesday Metcon
Metabolic conditioning focuses on combining strength training and cardio conditioning at varying levels of intensity to increase overall fitness and athletic performance. This class uses a diverse range of exercises and fitness drills to push you to your limit. If you love HIIT, this is the class for you, a slightly different way of working out.
Classes run every Wednesday evening at The Onslow Rec in Summer and All Saints Church Hall in Winter. 6.30pm
Friday HIIT
A high intensity workout that incorporates a range of fitness drills, circuits and exercises. This class uses a variety of weights, different forms of training and drills. A brilliant total body workout where no two sessions are the same.
Classes take place at the Onslow Rec every Friday morning at 9.15am
Friday Strength and Tone
This fantastic strength class will run twice a week on a Friday lunchtime in addition to Mondays. Ideal for women looking to start weight training or those who want to improve theior technique and lift heavier weights or build strength.
Classes take place at the Onslow Rec or Scout Hut (in Winter) Fridays at 12.00pm
Community Classes
A range of community classes taking place at St Peters Church, Bellfields. Suitable for all fitness levels, these gentle classes are Free for local residents and accessible for all.
